Gorgeous and rare navy blue silk sequined formal halter dress from Lillie Rubin circa 1980s. Sized 8 but runs small. See measurements below...

100% silk with blue sequins and beading throughout. Fully lined. Back zipper. Hem is made up of sequined and beaded fabric strips that makes for a cool "flapper girl" effect.

There are a few missing sequins and beading throughout, but nothing major or noticeable when wearing.
