Rare vintage 1980s Lillie Rubin black velvet sleeveless cocktail dress with rhinestone embellished bodice.  Size 10 but runs small. See measurements below.

Spaghetti straps (could be worn with or without). Back zipper. Fully lined. Wrap style bottom. Acetone/Rayon velvet material.
